PURPOSE: A ventilation device of footwear is provided, to allow the outer part of the foot to have the enough supporting power where the larger weight is loaded than the inner part of the foot. CONSTITUTION: The ventilation device of footwear comprises a plurality of ventilation holes(12) where an air cork(11) is inserted into the both sides; an inner air chamber(14) and an outer air chamber(15) which is placed in the upper both sides of the ventilation holes around a support projection(13) formed in the bottom sole(1), wherein the size of the outer air chamber(15) is twice that of the inner air chamber(14); and a sole(2) which comprises a plurality of ventilation holes(12) and a plurality of massage projections, is fixed to the bottom sole(1) by a putting fixer(3), and is elastically supported by an elasticity part(4) provided with a spring(42).
