PURPOSE: A wireless communication device for transceiving a voice file is provided to enable a user to record a voice file using a microphone, and to transmit the voice file to a receiving party. CONSTITUTION: A file recorder(440) records a voice message to be transmitted to external. A file storage unit(400) stores the recorded voice message in a predetermined type of audio file. A file transceiver(430) transmits the stored voice message to the external, and receives an audio file transmitted from the external. A file regenerator(450) receives the audio file, and regenerates the audio file to audible sound. A file controller(410) stores the voice message recorded in the file recorder(440) in the file storage unit(420), and dials the audio file to the external for transmission. And the file controller(410) controls an operation regenerating the audio file in the file regenerator(450).
