PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic supplying system for automating a stock control of set medial members and carrying of the medical members to operating rooms and lowering a risk of contamination of the medical members in a carrier line. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an automated storage and retrieval system 110 for storing container groups storing prescribed kinds of medical members in sterilizing states in a high cleanliness state and carrying out the container group as necessary, a first horizontal direction carrier means 120 for transferring each container carried out from the automated storage and retrieval system 110 in the horizontal direction, a lift 300 for transferring each container supplied by the first horizontal direction carrier means 120 in the vertical direction and supplying each container to a floor provided with an operating room group, a second horizontal direction carrier means 220 for transferring each container supplied by the lift 300 in the horizontal direction and supplying each container to a prescribed operating room and a storing means 50 within operating room for automatically storing each container supplied by the second horizontal direction carrier means 220 into an arbitrary shelf provided within each operating room. The first horizontal direction carrier means 120, the lift 300 and the second horizontal direction carrier means 220 are provided with HEPA filter units 700.
