PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply tape to a paper tube manufacturing apparatus continuously. SOLUTION: This tape connector draws the tape from a roll around which the tape is wound by a tape drawing apparatus, cuts the tape when the remaining amount of the tape around the roll almost runs out, and connects the front end of the tape drawn from a new roll to the cut end of the previous tape, is provided with a tape cutting part 34 for cutting the previous tape, a tape presser 31 which is provided on the downstream side from the cutting part 34, presses the traveling tape, and prevent tension of the tape, a tape storage 4 which is provided between the tape presser 31 and the tape drawing apparatus, and draws the tape with the tape drawing apparatus without cutting the tape even if the tape is pressed by the tape presser 31, and a tape end transition apparatus 32 which is provided near the tape presser 31, supports the tape front end drawn from the new roll 62, and leads it to the cut end of the previous tape 61.
