PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for scrolling an area in accordance with a user's intention in such a case of performing a scroll instruction while instructing a portion of an image.SOLUTION: An information processor for performing control that scrolls an image displayed in a display part including a first scrollable area and a second area which is a portion of the first area and is independently scrollable includes: means for specifying a position in the display part, and receiving information for instructing to scroll an image corresponding to the position; means for determining whether to scroll the first area or independently scroll the second area on the basis of whether the position is included in a specific range of the display part with an image determined on the basis of a scrolled direction by a previous instruction in the case where the position corresponds to the second area; and control means for scrolling the first area or independently scrolling the second area on the basis of a determination result.
