SOLUTION: This bumper device is formed so that a bumper main body 11 having an opening part 11a is installed on a frame 13 through a bracket 12, the surrounding of the opening part 11a is bent toward a bracket side, and the end edge 11b of the opening part 11a faces the bracket 12. A receiving part 12d coming in contact with or closely to the end edge 11b of the opening part is provided on the bracket 12.
