PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a depilation tape or sheet intended for users with much or dense unwanted hair and capable of thinning hair in a natural way without completely removing unwanted hair. SOLUTION: A depilation adhesive layer is formed in a certain pattern on a base made of paper or plastic film or their laminate. The base is colored white to make it easier to visually confirm the degree of depilation. The depilation adhesive layer is preferably formed in strips or dots, with the formation width of the layer preferably smaller than the width of a portion where the layer is not formed. Effective in removing male unwanted hair.
