PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a frozen dessert food, capable of providing a frozen dessert food as a commodity to the last one even when sellout of sauce is detected with a sellout detection means during takeout of frozen dessert food. SOLUTION: Owing to a controller 101, a sauce is fed under pressure from a sauce container 54 to a takeout route with a sauce force feed apparatus 2 linked with frozen dessert food takeout action caused by a plunger 12. Even when sellout of the sauce is detected by a sellout switch 78 during the takeout action of the frozen dessert food, the force feed of the sauce is continued until the takeout action of the frozen dessert food is finished.
