PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorating device capable of executing a new decoration using a light by incorporating a change or a movement in a way of observing the light from a light source. SOLUTION: A diffraction grating plate 24 is provided forward of a light source 16. The plate 24 is longitudinally moved by a moving mechanism 28. A light from the light source 16 observed through the plate 24 is observed as a plurality of light points. When the plate 24 is longitudinally moved, a size of the light point is changed.
