PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working machine with an internal combustion engine having a cylinder block where an increase in weight is suppressed while strength is increased. SOLUTION: In this working machine with the internal combustion engine having a gear case flange 3 and a mounting flange 5 placed in a front part and a rear part, respectively, the cylinder block of the internal combustion engine consists of three parts which are a top deck frame part 7, a cylinder block body part 6, and an under frame part 8 or a ladder frame part from top to bottom. The top deck frame part and the under frame part or the ladder frame part are formed so as to be more solid than the cylinder block body part, and the gear case flange and the mounting flange are secured to the top deck frame part and the under frame part or the ladder frame part of the cylinder block of the internal combustion engine.
