PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cleaner provided with a plate-shaped porous sintered filter in a replaceable manner, made easy to replace the filter corresponding to the prefilter of a cartridge filter. SOLUTION: This water cleaner provided with the plate-shaped porous sintered filter in a replaceable manner is equipped with a raw water source base 11 to which raw water is supplied, a cartridge 9 filled with a filter medium and having a raw water opening end to which raw water is supplied and a spout opening end from which filterd raw water is taken out, the attaching and detaching means connected to the raw water source base watertightly in a detachable manner and a filter support part receiving the plate-shaped porous sintered filter 18 so as to be capable of fitting the same in the raw water opening part from an upstream side. The filter 18 is fitted in the raw water opening part in such a state that the raw water source base 11 and the cartridge 9 are detached to constitute the raw water source base 11 and the cartridge 9 in a connectable manner.
