PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of feeding a deoxidation material or the like of a small amount, whose required feed speed can be satisfied by pneumatic feed, to molten iron inside a charging pot by natural dropping directly through a feed chute without using a storage hopper from a pneumatic feed route just by simply contriving an existing device. SOLUTION: In a pneumatic top feed device of a powder feed object including a pneumatic feed route 2 and a feed chute 6 for adding the powder feed object by natural dropping to the molten iron held inside a charging pot of a charging pot impeller desulfurization treatment facility, the pneumatic top feed device of the powder feed object includes a receiving box 8 which is branched upwards rather than horizontally from a side face of the feed chute 6 and to the side face of which the pneumatic feed route 2 is connected.
