PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc carrying device allowing the manufacture of high- quality discs with less waviness. SOLUTION: The disc carrying device comprises a suction part provided in the peripheral direction of a disc substrate to be sucked with uniform density and a temperature control mechanism installed thereon for controlling the temperature of the suction part.
