PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition which has an excellent transparency, and various excellent performances such as chemical resistance and heat resistance, and further particularly, excellent hydrolytic resistance. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyester resin composition comprising at least two components of (A-1) a polyalkylene terephthalate and (A-2) a polyalkylene naphthalate, (B) 0.001-1 pts.wt. of a Lewis acid compound and/or a basic compound and (C) 200-1,000,000 pts.wt. of a polycarbonate resin, and morphology of the composition being recognized as forming a continuous phase and a disperse phase thereto by transmission electron microscope observation, and having a size of the disperse phase of 1-500 nm.
