PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a product for cooking cookable in a short time simply by using perishable foods such as uncooked meat, vegetables, fishes and shellfishes. SOLUTION: This packaged food set for cooking by microwave oven heating is obtained by packaging food raw materials for a prescribed cooking to be cooked for one or several persons containing at least one or more kinds of perishable foods selected from uncooked meat, vegetables and fishes and shellfishes together with seasonings and a document describing a cooking method for the cooking to be cooked with a microwave oven into one set. |
