PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the slide structure of a resin fender capable of improving the rigidity outside of a surface of the resin fender while absorbing the extension and shrinkage of the resin fender due to a temperature change and easy to be fitted. SOLUTION: This is a structure of fitting a fender 1 made of the thermoplastic resin to the outside of a car body panel 2 formed of a casting of the light alloy. Flange fitting parts 4a, 4b arranged in the longitudinal direction are formed into the slide structure with long holes for fitting, and longitudinal ridges 7a, 7b, 7c and a character line 8 have a thin weak part formed at a back side thereof, and this weak part has a thick reinforcing rib at least at one side thereof, and the reinforcing rib is engaged with a sharp projection projected form the car body panel.
