PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic fuel feed apparatus which can dispense with a fuel feed worker by automatically inserting a fuel feed nozzle into a fuel filler port of a vehicle, which also eliminates an erroneous fuel feed operation by providing a kind-of-fuel judging means and a full-tank fuel feed means, and which further eliminates a mistake in settlement by automatically clear off fuel feed charges. SOLUTION: The automatic fuel feed apparatus is composed of a fuel feed port sensor 40 for receiving a signal from a transmitter provided in the vicinity of a fuel filler port of a fuel tank of a vehicle, a data input/output unit 13a for setting fuel feed data, and a fuel feeder 12a having a fuel feed control means 50 provided with a kind-of-fuel judging means 52 and a full-tank fuel feed means 51. The automatic fuel feed apparatus is so arranged that upon receipt of an insertion signal sent from an insertion sensor 36 provided at a top end of a discharge pipe, the fuel feed control means 50 operates the kind-of- fuel judging means 52, that when the kind-of-fuel judging means 52 judges fuel to be the same kind of fuel, the full-tank fuel feed means 51 is operated, and that when the full-tank fuel feed means 51 detects a full tank, fuel feed is stopped.
