PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improving method of producing a food such as the one for coating comprising a table margarine, spreads made from milk or not made from milk a peanut butter, and for solving the difficulty such as the difficulty for generally forming a required crystalline structure of a fat, present in the conventional method. SOLUTION: This method for producing a food containing a hydrogenated fat comprises bringing a mist of a liquid food into contact with a refrigerating agent to cool the liquid food and to rapidly solidify the liquid food. |
