PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a conventional way of writing in a notebook, or the like, or inputting to a personal computer is a large burden to a person who is in a direct work or management to cause incorrectness in information concerning an error by an entry omission or an erroneous entry or concerning a time and a sampling to what extent and to cause a problem in safety. SOLUTION: It is convenient that required information is inputted and preserved without consciousness when a person samples chemicals. In order to realize this convenience, a fingerprint collator is used for opening/closing the door of a chemical warehouse by recognizing an individual sampling person, the name of the chemicals are registered and recorded when sampled, the weight of the chemicals is automatically calculated by individually arranging a measuring instrument and the presence of a chemical vessel is automatically detected by weight judgemnet. |
