METHOD OF MANUFACTURING GOLF CLUB HEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a golf club head superior in practicability and productivity for simply and precise forming a highly strong hosel, and face member the like, difficult to manufacture. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the golf club head comprises forming a hosel and face member 1 having a hosel portion 10 and a face portion 11 integrated in association with a shaft 4 of a golf club and then bonding the hosel and the face member 1 to the other member. The face portion 11 is formed by bonding a rod material 7 to a plate material 8, followed by the deformation of the plate material 8, and the hosel and the face member 1 is formed by deforming the rod material 7 into the form of the hosel portion 10.
