PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for simply and quickly cooling or heating beer or the like by sing an electrothermalelement. SOLUTION: An air pipe 10 is provided, which penetrates through a stopper 12 for closing a mouth of a beer bottle 13, and air is injected into the beer bottle 13 by means of an air pump 1 connected to the external side. A hollow drink pipe 11 penetrating through the stopper 12 is also provided additionally, and the extremity of the drink pipe 11 is put into beer 13a. The beer 13a passes through the drink pipe 11 to be pushed out to the exterior of the beer bottle 13 under pressure of air injected through the air pipe 10, enters a heat exchanger 3 to which the other end of the drink pipe 11 is connected and where the beer 13a is cooled by an electrothermoelement 2, and is then pushed out into a cup 8 through an outlet 3a of the heat exchanger. In this way, an amount of the beer to be pushed out into the cup 8 through the outlet 3a of the heat exchanger is adjusted by manipulating the air pump 1. Thus, the beer in the beer bottle 13, whose temperature is substantially close to a room temperature, is cooled down to a moderate temperature, and the cooled beer can be drunk.
