The invention relates to a device for pumping viscous materials, meant to inject hard ferrite slime into mould cavities, in order to obtain raw parts during the manufacturing process of anisotropic magnets. The claimed device for pumping viscous materials is provided with a pumping assembly (A) which pumps the viscous material, said pumping assembly comprising a cylinder (1) as a pressure chamber (a) wherein a recuperator piston (2) travels, a viscous material distributor (3) wherein a closing element (4) operates being mounted onto said cylinder (1), the distributor (3) communicating with a viscous material injecting pipe (5), an enclosure (8) being also mounted onto the cylinder (1), a hydraulic cylinder (9) wherein an actuating piston (10) travels being attached to said enclosure (8), said actuating piston (10) being linked to the recuperator piston (2) by means of a tie rod (11), a viscous material tank (6) and a valve (7) being also mounted onto said distributor (3), said valve (7) being connected to a hydraulic circuit (B) having a motor-pump actuating unit (12) which takes the hydraulic oil from a tank (13), a distributor (14) for shifting to absorption, injection or resting mode, a direction control valve (15) and a valve (16), normally closed, for the limitation of the maximum pressure and for the protection of the motor-pump unit (12), another valve (17), normally closed, for the adjustement of the injection pressure, as well as a direction control valve (18) for the lock of the piston (10), a distributor (19) for the recirculation of the hydraulic fluid in a hydraulic microcylinder (20) having a double-sided rod and for the unlock of a piston (21) of said hydraulic microcylinder (20), linked to the closing element (4) by means of a rod (22), a pressure relay (23) adjusted to the pressure of the valve (17), normally closed, for controlling the end of the injection of the viscous material, as well as a pressure relay (24) adjusted to 20% of the pressure of the valve (17).
