PURPOSE: A method for an advertisement is provided for a transmitter to publicize an advertisement to a receiver by transmitting the most proper advertisement to a receiver with a message from the transmitter to the receiver in accordance with a personal decision of the transmitter to the receiver using various personal communication mediums. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter(01) publicizes a proper advertisement to a receiver in accordance with a personal decision of the transmitter for the receiver through the medium of a personal communication medium(03). An advertisement(08) is classified by a sex, an age, and an occupation, and an advertisement list(07) is constructed. A transmitter(01) constructs an advertisement system(05) in accordance with a communication medium(03) of the transmitter(01) and a communication medium(03) of the transmitter(01) and the receiver(02). The transmitter(01) connects to the advertisement system(05) and selects an advertisement(08) proper to the receiver(02) and transmits the advertisement(08) to the receiver(02) using the communication medium(03) with a message(04).
