PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddled three-way valve for facilitating connecting execution work of a branch pipe by boring a main pipe only by rotating a valve element in one direction, and enabling a series of work of water supply and water stop to the branch pipe without reinstalling a rotary shaft part (an operation device) of the valve element while surely preventing fluid leakage to the outside without stopping fluid transport of the main pipe. SOLUTION: In a saddle part 2 fixed to the outer periphery of the main pipe 1 and this saddled three-way valve being installed in the saddle part to perform a water feed and stopping of the water feed to the branch pipe 9 from the main pipe 1, the three-way valve is composed of a valve body 5 for forming a first port part 6 joined to the saddle part 2, a second port part 7 detachably fitted with a cap 10 and arranged on the same axis as the first port part 6 and a third port part 8 in the direction almost orthogonal to this axis and the valve element 21 forming cross-sectional T-shaped passages 22, 23, 24 on the inside and being fitted to and installed in the valve body 5. The rotary shaft part 12 of the valve element 21 is arranged on the axis of the valve element 21 so as to be orthogonal to a horizontal plane including the T-shaped passages 22, 23, 24. The valve element 21 is made rotatable by 180 degrees around the rotary shaft part 12 of the valve.
