PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in the absence of a means for partially non- disclosing a large number of documents (data) even when non-disclosed information is contained therein with the progress of information disclosure based on the expansion of a network such as the Internet since a means for disclosing/ non-disclosing an entire document can not precisely control document information like automatically disclosing/non-disclosing a part of the document. SOLUTION: Corresponding to a document distributing request, the document (data) is extracted from a document data base, a keyword preset for designating information not to be disclosed is checked, the result deleting or replacing a part of a large number of documents (data) with the others is automatically prepared and the document is distributed onto a predetermined machine. |
