PURPOSE: An exclusive curved surface machining device for a three-blade impeller for a blower is provided to carry out precise machining for curved surfaces of the three-blade impeller by cutting the surfaces while rotating and moving a cutting edge along the curved surfaces of the outer periphery of the impeller. CONSTITUTION: An exclusive curved surface machining device for a three-blade impeller for a blower includes a spindle(4) horizontally mounted on a column(3), an arbor(6) horizontally mounted on the front end part of the spindle to move horizontally by a cylinder, a motor(7) horizontally mounted on the front end part of the arbor and having a motor shaft inside protruded outwardly, a center supporting fixture downwardly mounted outside the arbor, a cutting tool mounting shaft(14) horizontally mounted below a front end part of the arbor and detachably mounted with a cutting tool(13) to rotate by the power of the motor, a center inserted into the lower end of the center supporting fixture at the height equal to the center line of the cutting tool mounting shaft and having a shaft end on one side for supporting the free end part of the cutting tool mounting shaft, and a pair of impeller fixtures(17) detachably mounted at the bottom of a table(2) for horizontally fixing a shaft of a three-blade impeller(18).
