PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow accurate positioning at the housing of a bag structure into a case and fitting to a cover, even if protruding part of cut residue is present at the connection part of a printed board for taking by multiple pieces. SOLUTION: When one of printed boards 31 (31a) taken from a board material by two pieces for constituting an electronic control circuit 30 of an ECU10 is housed in a case 11 for fixture of fixed to a cover 21, the protruding part of cut residue separated to each piece at a connection part 31c, which is required for taking by two pieces protrudes above a profile. Here, a board end surface except for the connection part 31c hits a positioning part 15 of the case 11 and a positioning part 25 of the cover 21, while facing the connection part 31c, a clearance part 16 is formed at the case 11 and a clearance part 26 at the cover 21. Thus, the protruding part of cut residue at the connection part 31c of the printed board 31 (31a) does not become an obstacle at housing in the case 11 or fitting to the cover 21 for accurate positioning.
