PURPOSE: A system and a method for transmitting a web mail with college information is provided to enable a student to receive college information wishing to go by rapidly and accurately transmitting information . CONSTITUTION: A student wishing to go to college database classifies and stores personal information of students, information related to the entrance to college and request information with regular standards. A college information database stores college information provided from an affiliated college. A web server reads the information store in the student wishing to go to college database, and detecting the college information provided from the affiliated college from the college information database. A web mail server transmits a web mail to a relevant address.
