SOLUTION: This system is equipped with an information distributing device 10 which has a storage part 10a stored with pieces of data, a terminal device 2 which has a recording part recording data on a recording medium 5, and an insurance management device 4 having an premium processing part which calculates and collects the premium of the data and a compensation part which compensate the data by deciding whether or not insurance is paid by verifying the data recorded on the recording medium 5 and then paying the insurance corresponding to the premium.
