PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prestress introduction technique capable of surely anchoring tightening force by using the minimum number of anchorages in the prestress introduction method of a concrete disk structure. SOLUTION: A planar view spiral PC tendon insertion duct 2 is formed in the board thickness of the concrete disk structure 1, radial recess grooves 4 intersected with the duct 2 on the upper face or the lower face are provided, and the PC tendon 3 is inserted into the duct 2 to successively tighten the PC tendon in the recess grooves 4 from one anchoring part 5 to the other end so as to be anchored on the other end anchoring part 6.
