PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the visibility of a recognition mark and to prevent the defective formation of the recognition mark and the intrusion of bubbles. SOLUTION: A recognition mark 17 as well as a microlens array pattern 16 is formed on the surface of a lens resin layer 12 comprising a UV-curing resin and a sealing resin layer comprising a UV-curing resin is laminated on the lens resin layer 12. The recognition mark 17 comprises an assembly of plural beltlike rugged patterns 41 so as to enhance its visibility. The patterns 41 extend along the flowing direction of the UV-curing resin of the lens resin layer 12 and that of the sealing resin layer. |
