PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner of a heating furnace capable of preventing a normal combustion state from being damaged by deformation of a refractory material. SOLUTION: There is provided a burner of a heating furnace in which a burner tile 12 is installed at a front side of a burner, and both fuel and oxidant agent are injected to perform combustion. An outer peripheral surface of the burner tile 12 is provided with cooling oxidant agent injection holes 14a where a part of the oxidant agent is injected.
