A cloth transmission mechanism (3) moves from the position (P1) by the side of needle, to the position (P2) at back side of needle for sewing the polymerization cloth. A flap supply apparatus transfers the flap mounted on the cloth mount, to the beading cloth maintained in the position (P1). The driving of cloth transmission mechanism is controlled by detecting the flap in cloth feed direction. The conveyor conveys a light transmission apparatus in cloth feed direction. The control apparatus determines the irradiation position based on the detector (9) for controlling the driving of conveyor. A memory stores the positional information of the flap in the cloth feed direction.
