PURPOSE: A dust removing technology and its manufacturing method of air cooled type radiation are provided to improve the radiation effect of a heat exchanger by preventing the dust from sticking to the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: The dust removing technology comprises an oscillator for generating the pulse wave, a field effect transistor(FET), a transformer, resistors, and a heat exchanger. The pulse wave triggers the gate of the FET, which makes the electrical connection between the source and drain of the FET by using the power source of the transformer. The current flows from the drain to the source during the pulse applied period. The pulses are repeatedly applied to the FET, which makes the transformer induce the voltage at its secondary side. Thus the pulse applying prevents the positive electric charged dust and the negative electric charged dust from sticking to the heat exchanger.
