PURPOSE: A vehicle exhaust cleaner is provided to eliminate solid elements mixed with moisture in exhaust gas, and to burn gas elements in the exhaust gas for converting composing elements. CONSTITUTION: Gas inputted through an exhaust gas inlet hole(1) is collided at a central portion of a front blade(4) of a diffusion device in an electric dust collector connecting cover(3). The gas is rotated to the bent direction of the blade for improving dust collecting efficiency while rotating a circular tunnel. To purify a mass formed by moisture of fuel, an end of an exhaust gas hole is inputted to a dust collecting chamber. Thus, the mass is collected in a filter(16'') in a dust main container(16). Herein, the small amount of external air is sucked through a groove(8). Thus, the gas in the purified exhaust gas passing through a heater(20) is burned.
