The invention concerns a device consisting of a tubular rod (1) whereof the internal space serves as water and/or nutrient liquid reserve, this cavity being filled in the rod (1) top part, while the emptying is carried out in its bottom part, via a drip system (7) with adjustable flow rate; the invention is characterised in that it comprises means for maintaining constant, or substantially constant, the level of the liquid supplying said drip system (7). The invention is useful as an accessory for horticulture or arboriculture.
