PURPOSE: A business model for enabling a life planner to construct a customer relation management service based on web environment is provided to enable a life planner to construct a customer database on the basis of information obtained from a financial management course, and to increase the sales performance of the life planner by providing differential services for customers to the customers. CONSTITUTION: A promising customer becomes a member of a site(B10). The customer can use a financial design tool related to an insurance(B90). The customer designates a life planner(B20). Personal information provided from the customer is provided to the life planner(B70). A financial design tool which scientifically analyzes and predicts necessary fund is used(B100). Financial information(B30) of the customer is applied in order to construct a customer database of a life planner(B80). The life planner constructs a database of the customer on the basis of information on reliable customers(B40). A customer management is performed using a CRM technique(B50).
