METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INSULATION MATERIAL AND INTERIOR BRICK FOR CONSTRUCTION USING DYEING WASTEWATER SLUDGE

PURPOSE: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing insulation material and interior brick for construction using dyeing wastewater sludge to prevent environmental pollution, to sterilize germs being contained in waste sludge by being heated with high-temperature, to gain insulation and thermal effect by doing clay and ocher simultaneously as using large quantity of waste paper instead of rice straw. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing insulation material and interior brick for construction using dyeing wastewater sludge is characterized by making soft powder like sawdust by crushing dyeing wastewater sludge and waste paper with crusher having blade; sterilizing, deodorizing and fireproofing the powder as mixing the mixed powder with waste sludge; mixing by adding charcoal powder as synthesizing by mixing clay and ocher; making insulation material and interior brick by pressing in mould of insulation material and interior brick; drying insulation material and interior brick in the drier with high-temperature of 200deg.C.
