PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy object lifting hook securing safety and efficiency in work. SOLUTION: In this hook, a hook support body 1 having a two-stage structure is disposed with a pin C at a middle portion between connection pins A, B. The pin C restricts a position of a hook part 3 in a lifting state with the pin C abutted on a rear part 31a of the hook part 3 turned counterclockwise, restricts a final position of the hook part 3 in a lifting down state with the pin C abutted on the rear part 31a of the hook part 3 turned clockwise, restricts a closing position of a detachment prevention part 4 to an opening 3a when the hook part 3 is in the lifting state with the pin C abutted on a rear part 41 of the detachment prevention part 4 energized counterclockwise, and restricts a final position of the detachment prevention part 4 in a clockwise turn of the detachment prevention part 4 from the closing position.
