PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a front wheel suspension device and a rear wheel suspension device by respectively changing specifications while maintaining the function of relatively reducing and relatively increasing damping force in response to behavior of a car body. SOLUTION: The suspension devices 31, 32, hydraulic cylinders 2, 4 for front wheels and rear wheels and first and second pressure adjusting cylinders 16, 18 are formed so as to become (S1/λ1)×(a1/A1)≈(S2/λ2)×(a2/A2). S1, S2 show a piston stroke of the hydraulic cylinders 2, 4. a1, a2 show the effective cross-sectional area of a piston rod 14 of the hydraulic cylinder 2, 4.λ1,λ2 show a vertical directional displacement quantity at grounding points of the respective wheels when the pin stroke of both hydraulic cylinders 2, 4 is displaced by S1, S2. A1, A2 show the effective cross-sectional area of the first and second pressure adjusting cylinders 16, 18.
