PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce uneven abrasion, and improve a maneuvering stability feeling. SOLUTION: A carcass 12 is arranged so as to stride over a pair of bead cores 14, and the carcass 12 is embedded so as to penetrate through a crown part 18. A belt layer 20 and a tread 22 are arranged in the crown part 18 while being successively superposed. This belt layer 20 is formed as a three-layer structure having a first belt 20A composed of steel cords formed as the inmost layer, a second belt 20B similarly composed of steel cords formed as an intermediate layer and a third belt 20C similarly composed of steel cords formed as the outermost layer.
