DISPOSAL METHOD FOR SHOT BLASTING CHIP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effective use of shot blasting chips without discard. SOLUTION: Shot blasting chips delivered from a shot blasting site where iron and steel slug aggregate is used as a shot blasting material are heated for drying, divided into magnetized matter and non-magnetized matter by magnetic separation. The magnetized matter is used as iron and steel raw material, non-magnetized matter is divided into fine powder and rough powder. The fine powder is melted in a melting furnace to burn an organic substance included therein and use it as a heat source. An inorganic substance is used as a shot blasting raw material and the rough powder is reused as a shot blasting material.
