PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To atomize and eject, for example, a substance relatively high in viscosity to selectively make the same adhere to a target place and/or matter and to enable the bonded substance to form and/or develop aesthetically preferable appearance while enhancing such a tendency that the substance is arranged only on the target matter or place. SOLUTION: A nozzle 10 includes a member receiving a first and a second substances selectively to atomize the second substance selectively by the first substance. The nozzle 10 further includes a diffuser member 50 receiving the mist-like second substance and adding the first substance in the tangential direction of the diffused second substance substantially at the same time while diffusing the received mist-like second substance to make the mist-like second substance adhere to the target place and/or matter in a desired state.
