PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair dressing cosmetic excellent in setting ability, giving the hair favorable touch and gloss such as wiriness and nonstickiness with their effects sustainable for a long period of time, and excellent in the ability to dress the hair again. SOLUTION: This hair dressing cosmetic comprises (A) at least one-kind of extract or squeezed product from a plant belonging Compositae family, (B) at least one kind of extract or squeezed product from a plant belonging to Gentianaceae family, Araceae or Rutaceae, (C) at least one kind of extract or squeezed product from a plant belonging to Equisetaceae, Malvaceae, Saxifragaceae, Tiliaceae or Caryophyllaceae, and (D) at least one kind of a film-forming polymer, and also, as appropriate, at least one kind of ingredient selected from the group consisting of siloxane compounds, peptide derivatives, and royal jelly and extract therefrom.
