PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for washing and drying hair automatically without using hands, which is effective for handicapped persons without hands or weak aged persons. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus is comprised of a shampoo spray container(10), a hair dryer(11), a reduction motor(1), a hair washing device(9) having a plurality of finger shaped rubber parts capable of washing and massaging hair part, and a hair band(5) and waterproof paper(8) for preventing ones body from getting wet.
