PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for controlling kinds of mat such as negative potential or yellow soil mat good for physical health that includes a cupping device, which can be used easily and promote therapeutic effect of the mat with low cost. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a main body(10), a power supply device(11), a main power supply of the body, a power indicating lamp, a temperature control part(15) controlling temperature of mat, a temperature indicating part expressing the temperature set by the temperature control part, a power supply(3), a power indicating lamp(4) and an operation switch(5) of cupping, a cupping container(22) connected to a nozzle part of the body through a hose(21), a pump of which suction tube is connected to the nozzle part through a guide tube that is installed in the body and operated by the operation switch, and a time indicating part indicating time set by a time control part controlling the cupping performing time or time for using the controller of the mat.
