PURPOSE: Disclosed is a vacuum forming device for refrigerator inner case to decrease variation of forming thickness of sheet and to control heat loss of side part. CONSTITUTION: The vacuum forming device for refrigerator comprises vacuum forming mold to vacuum mold inner case sheet of formed refrigerator; at least one upper heater(12a) and lower heater(12b) to heat the sheet(35) by being arranged mutually in parallel to transfer plane of the sheet(35); at least one reflective submaterial(41) to reflect thermal energy which is emitted from the heating space of upper heater(12a), lower heater(12b) and sheet(35) to the heating space by being arranged at least one side of the upper heater(12a) and lower heater(12b) along transfer direction of the sheet(35).
