PURPOSE: A VoIP handset device including a telephone number input device is provided to remove rejection of users about operating the computer, which is necessary for using the VoIP telephone, by supplying the same interface as an existing telephone. CONSTITUTION: The VoIP handset device includes a telephone number input device(23), an input signal generating device(24), a PC connecting port(25), a VoIP application software(11), a PC control software(12) and an outer input port(13). The telephone number input device(23) includes a number button and an additional service button. The input signal generating device(24) converts the signal into the signal, which the PC connecting port(25) can receive, according to the button selected in the telephone number input device(23). The handset port connects the output of the input signal generating device(24) with the outer input port(13) of the PC. The PC control software(12) interprets the signal conveyed the handset port and manages the signal to use it in the VoIP applied software(11).
