PURPOSE: A method for automatically checking the state of the house using a mobile phone is provided to automatically inspect the inside of the house using a generic composite mobile phone, to record and maintain the state if something is wrong, and to automatically transmit it to a preset place. CONSTITUTION: A mobile phone to automatically check the state of the house is composed of a ring detection part(1), an RF transmit-receive part(2), a call connection part(3), an automatic answering unit(4), a mike(5), a VOX(6), and a CPU(7). The ring detection part(1) detects a ring signal incoming from a trunk line and informs the CPU(7) of it. The RF transmit-receive part(2) transmits and/or receives RF signals received through an antenna(ANT). The call connection part(3) connects and controls the call from the trunk line and the RF transmit-receive part(2) according to a control signal. The automatic answering unit(4) receives a voice signal incoming through the call connection part(3), automatically responds when a ring signal is terminated, and stores a received message. The mike(5) inputs a voice signal according to the control of the automatic answering unit(4), and detects noises around the house. The VOX(6) informs the CPU(7) that a peripheral voice was detected through the mike(5). The CPU(7) controls the RF transmit-receive part(2), the call connection part(3) and the automatic answering unit(4) according to results detected by the VOX(6) and the ring detection part(1).
