SUPPLY DEVICE OF QUANTITY CONTROL OF NUTS

PURPOSE: A quantity control supplier is provided to inhibit damage of outward appearance and transfer stop caused by mutual interference of nuts and to pass by counting as much as a desired quantity with aligning nuts in a specific direction. CONSTITUTION: Nuts dropping toward a nozzle cup(41) side, controlled by a controller(30) are fed to biscuits transferred via a drain hole. An opening instrument opening the drain hole of the nozzle cup(41) acts. With a shutter(55) connected with a pair of opening cylinders(51), an opening hole matches the drain hole for dropping nuts. Upon interval widened, the nozzle cup(41) is required to move left and right. Herein, upon rotating a pair of bevel gears(60) installed at a base(11), a screw rotatable shaft linked with the bevel gear(60) rotates and a strut holding the nozzle cup and a shutter(55) moves left and right as a specific interval for accurately supplying the nuts even though an interval of cookies is widened.
